ALL SALES ARE FINAL
-
REKTIFIRE does not offer Returns or Refunds
-
Each document is customized to fit the client’s specific requirements and situation
-
Please carefully proofread all documents that are delivered
-
REKTIFIRE’S consultants utilize the answers to the Trust Law Remedy™ questionnaire, documents and communications delivered to the individual client as well as direct conversations with the client in order to create the most effective remedy for each client
-
Though each document is individually proofread thoroughly, there may be occasions where one of our consultants has misinterpreted an answer or used the wrong client address. It is imperative that each client thoroughly proofreads each document before deploying them. These documents will become part of the legal record and any inaccuracies could potentially weaken their effect
-
Clients who find inaccuracies or missing data within the documents sent them have 2 options:
-
For simple typos or errors, clients may directly correct the error within the affected document themselves (use the Find and Replace function to ensure that all instances of the error are corrected) and make sure this error is not found in any of the other documents
-
For more complex errors, especially those within a client’s Affidavit of Truth or that are related to statutory and / or trust law, clients should email the consultant (who they have been working with and who created the documents) any questions or changes that are required
