Trust Law Remedy™ Agreement

Please enroll me in the Trust Law Remedy™ offered by REKTIFIRE. By clicking the “I Accept” button below, I agree to receive the following outlined services, provide relevant documentation regarding my case to REKTIFIRE and to pay the current fee for this service which is listed on the REKTIFIRE website.

The following services shall be provided as part of the Trust Law Remedy™ upon acceptance of this agreement and payment:

    1. Initial Consultation Call – An initial call with the Client to determine if the Client is eligible for the Trust Law Remedy™, provide an overview of the service to Client, answer questions as well as to gather some key information necessary to create the following documents.
    2. Three (3) part Notice – Based on information and documents provided by Client, as well as purchase of the TLR 3 Part Notice product, REKTIFIRE will create three (3) customized Notice documents for Client to sign and send to the appropriate state or federal agencies. The Notices are comprised of a 1st Notice of Fiduciary Obligation, 2nd Notice and Notice of Default. Each of these Notices will cite relevant sections of codified U.S. Statutes and Trust Law. 
    3. Notice of Offset / Negotiable Instrument - Based on information and documents provided by Client, as well as purchase of the TLR Notice of Offset / Negotiable Instrument product, REKTIFIRE will create a custom Notice of Offset document as well as a custom Negotiable Instrument to be presented for Offset at the Treasury.
    4. Proof of Service – A Client personalized, and properly formatted Proof of Service document will be provided for each of the documents listed above in section 2 or 3 (Proof of Service documents are necessary in order to develop legally admissible evidence that a specific document was sent, when it was sent, and whom it was sent by and to make the evidence of delivery admissible without the need for foundational testimony of the person who sent it.)
    5. Instructions – Step by step guide for deploying the delivered documents.
