Trust Law Remedy™ – Overview

The backbone of REKTIFIRE’s Trust Law Remedy™ is composed of 3 pillars:

      1. Trust Law
      2. The 3 Part Notice process
      3. Silence is Acquiescence

    Three Part Notice

REKTIFIRE creates 3 customized Notices which are then signed by the client and notarized. These are sent individually with 2 weeks in between. This gives the agent or principal of the targeted governmental agency time to reply with their own Affidavit of Rebuttal. None of the principals (or their agents) of the targeted governmental agency will send an Affidavit of Rebuttal signed under penalty of perjury because the detailed fiduciary and Trust Law points embodied in the Notices are valid and true and it is a federal offense to perjure oneself and the executive heads and their agents don’t want to risk the jail time (up to 5 years) associated with Title 18 §1621. Perjury generally.

Once the final Notice of Default (the last of the 3 Notices) has been sent out, the original Notice of Fiduciary Obligation becomes a legal contract between the client and the targeted governmental agency. This contract spells out what the executive head of the client’s governmental agency must do in order to provide full remedy to the client (these instructions can be customized on a client by client basis). If they fail to provide remedy in a timely manner, then a penalty clause is activated in the original Notice of Fiduciary Obligation that allows the client to invoice the targeted governmental agency for $1,000,000.

    The 3 part notice process:

        1. validates the client’s position as an eligible Beneficiary

        1. ensures that the client’s truth is the accepted set of facts between the parties

        1. creates an estoppel on the targeted governmental agency from pursuing the matter further

        1. nullifies all assumptions and presumptions made by the targeted governmental agency

        1. provides relief for all custom requests by the client (e.g. remove overpayment designation, stop collection activity, designate the client as an eligible beneficiary, etc.)
